Outreach Templates

We are excited to share details for our upcoming 2026 Spring Nonmember Acquisition Campaign!

This year, while sticking with the same incentive, we’re evolving the advocacy theme. Rather than asking doctors to join simply to support the profession, we’re positioning advocacy as the infrastructure that protects and stabilizes their practices — tying membership directly to outcomes like reimbursement protection, workforce stability and operational clarity.

The goal is to make advocacy-driven value more tangible and practice-focused while maintaining advocacy as the primary driver.

Access the templates below for guidance on how affiliates can support the national campaign with localized outreach through email, direct mail, phone calls and SMS texts.
