How to Pull a List of New Members by Date in Personify

To track new members or pull a list of them for outreach efforts, follow these steps:  

Step 1: Log in to/open Personify  

Step 2: Choose Open Data Analyzer  

 


Step 3: Choose the Documents tab  

 


Step 4: Click Folders in the left-hand navigation  

 


Step 5: Drill down by double clicking Public Folders > AOA > Affiliate Shared > Membership, then Open the New Member Date Range report.  

 


Step 6: Set the target date range you’d like to use by clicking the first “Enter value(s) for Order Date” prompt for the beginning date, then the second prompt for your end date.

Step 7: Click the “Export” button to download a copy of your new member list.  

 


Step 8: Click the “File Type” (in most cases, an Excel file works best) drop down to save to your preferred location.
