How to Pull and Filter Group Member/Non-Member Lists

This article will teach you how to...
  1. Access a list of all OD members/non-member in your affiliate that work for any group over 5 doctors.
  2. Filter to the group of your choice.
  3. Find vision Source administrators and MyEyeDr. managers.
  4. Download/export the list.  


The Group Membership Analysis Report provides data for groups and includes OD names, practices, and if an OD is a member or not. It also provides data for group administrators and managers.

AOA on-board affiliates can run reports for groups in Personify.
  1. Open Data Analyzer from the Personify Home Page.



  2.  Select “Group Membership Analysis” under the file path: Documents>Folders>AOA>Affiliate Shared>Membership



    1. The report has two tabs:
      1. ODs in Groups, De-Duped – includes names of ODs within a group and if they are a member or not. Practice information by OD is also included.
      2. Administrators and Managers – includes names of administrators and managers and the respective practices they support.



  3. Filter the report using the Report Input Controls, if desired, to look at only select group data. Both the “ODs in Groups, De-Duped” tab, and the “Administrators and Managers” tab can be filtered by group.



  4. Export the report
    if desired using the icon indicated below. Choose the file
    type you’d like for the file export (e.g., PDF, Excel).
