This reference provides insights into our key audiences. It is designed to help AOA and affiliate leaders and staff understand our audience, tailor membership outreach, engagement, and retention strategies. It is also a great learning tool for new staff or volunteers. These audience profile breakdowns include:
  1. Main Problems – The biggest challenges facing this audience. Addressing these directly makes AOA’s value clearer.
  2. Core Message – How AOA provides solutions and supports their success.
  3. Top Benefits – The most relevant membership benefits for this group.
  4. Call to Action (CTA) – The next step they should take and why.

1st & 2nd Year Students
